Express Driving School provides professional Adult and Teen driving lessons, classroom training, and DPS road test services in Richardson and Dallas. Our certified instructors focus on building confidence, safety, and real-world driving skills to help you succeed on the road.
Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in Express Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) guidelines.
Enrollment & Eligibility
Students must meet all Texas DPS requirements, including holding a valid learner permit or driver’s license where applicable. Teen students must provide required documents such as DE-964, VOE, and ITTD certificates. Adult students under 25 must provide ITAD or a 6-hour Adult Driver Education certificate before the road test.
Scheduling & Attendance
Lessons and road test appointments must be scheduled in advance. Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time or rescheduling. A minimum notice (typically 24 hours) is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment & Refund Policy
All lesson and service bookings at Express Driving School must be paid in advance to secure your time slot. Once a booking is confirmed, the reserved slot is held specifically for you. Students may request to reschedule their appointment with prior notice, subject to availability and scheduling policy.
In the event of a refund request, applicable processing fees and enrollment charges will be deducted. Refund eligibility and the final refund amount will be determined by the school based on the booking status, timing of the request, and overall situation. Express Driving School reserves the right to decide the refund amount at its sole discretion.
Driving Lessons & Safety
Students must follow all instructor guidelines and traffic laws during lessons. Unsafe behavior, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in termination of the session without refund.
DPS Road Test
Express Driving School provides DPS-authorized road tests based on availability. Passing the road test is not guaranteed, and results depend on student performance and DPS evaluation standards.
Use of Information
Student information and documents will be collected and used for driver education, scheduling, and compliance with Texas DPS and TDLR requirements.
Liability
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safety, Express Driving School is not responsible for unforeseen incidents beyond our control during training sessions.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
